When disassembling the piston pump, the pump body must be heated, otherwise the hot melt adhesive cannot be disassembled. You can first heat the host normally and disassemble it on the host to complete half of the work. (It is best to use a hot air gun to blow out high temperature wind of 300 degrees.) There are two sealing rings in the pump. If you don't pull it hard, it will not be damaged. Just pay attention to it when disassembling.
1. Disassembling the piston pump does not need to adjust the temperature of the host, just use the normal temperature. There is a piston pump power button on the operation panel of the new equipment. First unlock and then press this button. A11 will be displayed on the panel, indicating that the piston pump is powered off. Then adjust the piston pump air pressure to the minimum (zero) to ensure safety.
2. Use a 10mm open wrench to unscrew the bolt of the drain valve to relieve the pressure, and the glue can flow out.
3. Remove the cover of the piston pump, unplug the piston pump air pipe and the power cord plug.
4. Use a 14mm open-end wrench to remove the vent screw of the pressure regulating valve and the fixing screw of the electromagnetic induction valve. Pay attention to distinguish the upper and lower induction valves when installing the electromagnetic induction valve, and make a mark when disassembling.
5. Use a 1.5mm hexagon key to remove the four fixing screws of the piston pump control board.
7. Note: When installing, the small chamfered side is the upper end of the upper end, and the large chamfered side is the lower end and the large chamfered side is the lower end.
8. Insert a 2.5mm hexagonal key or small screwdriver into the observation hole. Note: The small hole on the rod of the piston pump needs to be pulled up to the proper position to see.
9. Use a 13mm open spanner to remove the "magnet upper end" nut on the cylinder rod and remove the piston assembly. When installing, pay attention: the magnet has the green mark facing up, and the piston pump will not move if it is installed upside down.
10. Use a 4mm hexagonal key to remove the fixing screws of the 4 cylinder lower covers, remove the lower cover and the support ring. Note: The meson on the screw is a sealing ring, which has a sealing effect under the cylinder.
11. Use circlip pliers to remove the circlip and the positioning meson, remove the two screws that hold the pressure piece, and remove the pressure piece.
12. Use a special tool (or pipe wrench, when using a pipe wrench, pay attention to the card and then screw it), loosen the screw plate that fixes the piston pump, and take the entire pump body out of the melting tank.
13. Wrap the pump body with thick cardboard and clamp it on the vise (be careful to wrap the pump body), and loosen the spray nozzle with an 18mm opening wrench.
14. Knock the top of the piston rod with a copper hammer or wooden rod, take out the valve body of the inlet ceramic bead, and then take out the piston rod.
15. Check whether there is carbon deposits in the valve body. If there is hot melt glue in the valve body, use a heating tool to melt the glue and clean it.
16. Check whether there is carbon deposit in the piston rod valve body, disassemble it and clean it up.
17. Assemble the piston pump in the order of disassembly.
18. When installing the piston sleeve, pay attention to installing the aluminum seal ring.
19. When installing the piston pump, the screw plate is relatively tight. At this time, move the pump body counterclockwise by hand to make it easier to screw it up.
20. After installing the piston pump, check all the glue outlets, such as the glue valve, throat joints, spray gun joints, etc., to ensure safety before proceeding to normal operation.
