People who wear orthodontic devices may have difficulty flossing. The recommendation is to use a superfloss to assist eliminate dental plaque from the neighbouring tooth surfaces.

Insert the hardened end into the gap between the teeth and the orthodontic device. Wrap the Dental Floss end around the middle fingers and tighten it between the thumbs and forefingers of both hands, leaving about 2 cm of floss between. With a sawing motion, gradually pull the floss to the interdental space. Wrap the floss in a "C" shape around one tooth, pull down to the deepest area between the tooth and the gingival tissue, glide up and down, and clean the surface. Wrap the floss around the neighbouring tooth and repeat the process.

Although there is no hard and fast rule for selecting the type of Dental Floss, two characteristics to consider are the size of the floss and the convenience of flossing. Some believe that as we age, we will gradually lose our teeth. Teeth, on the other hand, can be made available throughout life by keeping teeth and gums healthy.
