Project cargo is a term used to broadly describe the transportation of large, heavy, high value or critical equipment intended for large-scale projects. This might include freight such as over dimensional tanks, wind turbines, hyperbaric chambers, machinery, and buildings. Typically, this cargo type cannot be loaded into a standard 20’, 40’, container. In such a case, it has to be transported as a bulk load. This type of cargo is mostly found in engineering, wind power, mining and construction industries.
