Flexo vinyl label sticker
At present, the quality of flexographic products is no less than offset printing, and even has its unique features. This printing process has the advantages of simple machine structure, low cost, printing quality comparable to offset printing and gravure printing, and has the advantage of thicker ink layer than offset printing products. Flexo printing adopts water-based ink and UV ink, which does not pollute the environment. However, due to the large elasticity of flexographic plate, the gradient reproducibility is different from that of gravure plate and ordinary relief plate. The dot from high light to middle tone of flexographic plate printing increases greatly, the contrast is small, and the fault is easy to appear in the high light level. In order to make up for the hierarchy defect when printing fine vinyl label stickers, the high light part can adopt FM dot, dark tone or middle call AM screening to improve the quality.
Gravure vinyl label sticker
Gravure adopts short ink path ink conveying system for ink supply and web printing. It has a high degree of automation. It uses solvent ink and the ink layer dries rapidly. It is the first choice for film printing. Generally, the speed of gravure printing machine is high. The back end of many gravure printing machines is also equipped with roller die-cutting device, which can carry out die-cutting and indentation, and is suitable for the printing of various vinyl label stickers. However, due to the long cycle and high cost of gravure plate making, it is only suitable for mass production of vinyl label stickers.
Screen printed vinyl label sticker
Screen printing is the most adaptable way to the substrate. At present, many screen printing plants use low-cost screen printing equipment to contract the printing business of vinyl label stickers. Screen printed labels are characterized by strong ink color and strong three-dimensional sense. UV ink can be used to print film products. In addition to a handful of rotary screen printing equipment, most screen printing equipment are semi-automatic flat screen printing machines, which can only produce single sheet products, and the overprint accuracy is not high. During the business transformation of post press processing technology, we should also pay attention to the corresponding changes of label post press processing. For example, in the case of vinyl label stickers, the post press processing is divided into single sheet paper processing and web paper processing according to the application form of vinyl label stickers.
