Ophthalmoscopy, also known as fundoscopy, is a sort of eye examination testing that allows a healthcare expert to see inside the fundus of the eye. The Ophthalmoscopes, sometimes known as a fundoscope, is one of many instruments used by doctors and medical professionals to examine the eye. An ophthalmoscope and an otoscope are not the same thing (an otoscope is a related medical instrument that is used to exam the throat or ears).
