Notes on matters before installation of color coated steel plate
Before installing the color coated steel plate,it is necessary to measure the actual length of the installed color coated steel plate,check the length of the color coated steel plate of the corresponding plate number according to the measured length,and cut the color coated steel plate when necessary.
Place the color coated steel plate lifted to the roof according to the starting line of the plate arrangement,align the width coverage mark line of the color coated steel plate with the starting line,and discharge the designed structural length at both ends of the plate length direction.Fix both ends with fasteners,and then install the second plate.The installation sequence is from left(right)to right(left),and then from bottom to top.
Install at the next setting out mark point,recheck the installation deviation of color coated steel plate,and fully tighten the color coated steel plate when it meets the design requirements.If the requirements cannot be met,it shall be adjusted in the next sign section.If it can be adjusted in this sign section,it can be fully tightened after adjusting this sign section.Fully expand the installation in turn.
When installing the sandwich panel,the gap between the panels shall be compacted.When it is in place accurately and there is still a gap,it shall be filled with thermal insulation materials.When installing the color coated steel plate compounded on site,the upper and lower steel plates shall be installed according to the method described above.The insulation cotton shall be laid continuously.The roof after installation shall be timely checked for missing fastening points.For the thermal insulation roof,the gap of the ridge shall be filled with thermal insulation materials.
When tightening the self tapping screw,the degree of tightening shall be mastered,and excessive tightening shall not be allowed,which will turn the sealing washer up,or even press the plate surface into a concave and ponding;Insufficient fastening will make the seal not in place and cause rain leakage.China has produced a new generation of self tapping screws,which can make a sound when it is close to the completion of fastening,so as to control the degree of fastening.For the ratio overlapping of plates,seals and sealant shall be laid according to the design,and the overlapping shall be connected with self tapping screws or pull rivets with sealing gasket,and the fasteners shall be pulled at the sealing strip.
